SERVICE
Targeted, effective work in the zones that need it most. We remove what fuels a fire and rebuild the buffer between your home and the wildland around it.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
WHY IT MATTERS
Give your home a better line of defense. By reducing hazardous fuels and creating defensible space, we help you prepare for what matters most — your property, your home, your peace of mind.
Low branches, brush, and dead material that let ground fire climb into tree canopies get identified and removed.
We shape the vegetation-free and vegetation-reduced zones immediately around your home so it has room to survive an approaching fire.
Because most homes ignite from wind-driven embers, not direct flame contact, we pay close attention to what's collecting near roof lines, vents, and structures.
HOW WE WORK
Every property is different — lot size, terrain, vegetation type, and how close your home sits to open land all change what a mitigation plan looks like. We start with a Wildfire Risk Report to identify your specific risk factors, then scope the work needed. Fire Mitigation & Defensible Space is the right call when the issue is contained to a specific zone — near the house, along a fence line, in one overgrown section of the lot.
Once the work is done, most properties benefit from staying on our Wildfire Defense Program, with annual or year-round protection plans — vegetation grows back, and defensible space is only effective if it's kept up.
WHEN YOU NEED MORE
Fire Mitigation & Defensible Space treats a targeted zone — it's effective, and it's often exactly what a property needs. But because it addresses part of the lot rather than every zone, it does not by itself qualify a home for a Wildfire Defense Certificate. If your lot hasn't been touched in years, or your goal is certification, the scope you want is a Property Reset — the same mitigation work, applied to the entire property at once: clearing dead and dry vegetation, thinning overgrown trees, correcting ladder fuels, and rebuilding defensible space across every zone, front to back.
Not sure which scope your property needs? A Wildfire Risk Report will tell you.
Start with a professional evaluation and get a clear plan to protect your property.
